  • 20 Minute Workout Sessions (3 per week, is suggested)
  • Train with an Expert Trainer EVERY Session
  • Ongoing Monitoring & Assessment toward your defined goals
  • Ongoing Nutritional & Lifestyle Advice (available at EVERY Session)
  • An easy-to-use mobile App (Evo Fitness Studio in the App store)  to control your own appointments
