BLTA Salad - the Evo way:

Fry the bacon in a nonstick pan with the oil
When cooked drain the excess oil and cut the bacon into pieces
Cut up the tomato, cucumber and lettuce into bite-sized pieces
Put this mixture & the bacon into a large bowl
Mix the yogurt with the garlic & onion powders to make the dressing
Add the dressing to the salad and toss well
Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper

Ingredients:

6 strips of bacon
1 large tomato
1 large avocado sliced
½ a cucumber
1 head of lettuce (of your preference)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Coconut oil (for frying)
Sea salt
Black pepper
1-2 cups of full fat, low carb yogurt (for the dressing)
